Terms & Conditions for Dazed Gem

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Dazed Gem, whether you are ordering custom-made-to-order jewelry or ready-to-ship jewelry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not make a purchase on our website or platform.

2. Product information

• Custom-Made-to-Order Jewelry: Before placing an order for custom-made-to-order jewelry, you will be sent a custom order form to fill out and sign. This is to ensure that you are aware of the requirement to review and sign the terms and conditions before proceeding with your custom jewelry orders. It also reinforces the understanding that no order will be processed without this signed agreement.

• Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Ready-to-Ship Jewelry is available for shipment upon receipt of payment. These items are pre-made and available. You are responsible for ensuring that the size, style, and details of ready-to-ship items are correct before placing your order.

3. Order Process and Payment

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. For custom-made-to-order items you may receive additional confirmation regarding the design or specifics of your request before production begins.

Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. For custom orders, once the order has been confirmed and approved by both parties and payment received, no cancellations or changes can be made, except as outlined below.

4. Custom Order Modifications or Cancellations

Custom-made jewelry is produced specifically based on the details provided by you. Therefore, once production begins, cancellations or modifications may not be accepted. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 48 hours.

For ready-to-ship jewelry, cancellations may be accepted before the item is shipped. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Orders for ready-to-ship jewelry will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (holidays 5-7 business days) after payment is received and cleared. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• Custom-Made-to-Order jewelry: Please note that custom orders require additional processing time. Delivery times for customs will depend on the complexity of the design and the availability of the materials. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation, but these times may vary.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any delays or issues due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be the responsibility of Dazed Gem.

Dazed Gem is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

 

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Ready-to-Ship Jewerly: We typically do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis following a manual review. 

• Custom-Made-to-Order Jewelry: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom jewelry unless the item is defective or was made in error. If you believe there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us immediately at at dazedgem@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The products offered by Dazed Gem are made with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. However, we do not offer any warranties beyond what is stated in this Agreement. Custom Jewelry may vary in appearance from online photos due to the nature of handmade items and variations in materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazed Gem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to; any loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury resulting from the use of our jewelry.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take affect immediately upon posting.
